Sarego Group brokers and accompanies hotel real estate in Austria, the Alps, Switzerland and Germany as well as in the Mediterranean and the Adriatic. Behind it stand seven people, each personally approachable for their market.

Leads the firm and is responsible for the mandates in which owner and buyer side deal with each other directly. Point of contact for questions of principle on structure, confidentiality and commission.

Looks after sale and acquisition mandates in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. First address for owners who at first only want a property assessed.

Responsible for resort hotels between Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Salzburg and South Tyrol. Accompanies successions and handovers in which the operator changes.

Responsible for the mandates in Italy and Spain, there also for the separation of property and business. Point of contact for business leases and questions of concession.

Looks after Croatia and the neighbouring markets, from the coast to the capitals. Checks property particulars on site and keeps contact with operators and authorities.

Prepares property documents, market comparisons and data rooms. First person to speak to when documents are missing or deadlines are running in a process.

Coordinates appointments, confidentiality agreements and the return of signed documents. Makes sure every enquiry gets an answer within two working days.
